Using the website http://tiltshiftmaker.com you can create a miniature version of photo. The focus and color are tweaked to change the depth of feild which presents this shrinking illusion. I found this site on the Carrot Revolution Blog under the digital arts tab. I've been curious about this process for a while (I love that odd effect used in the Brighthouse commercial) and am glad to have found out how it is done. So glad that this site not only explains it but lets you play and change your image. I loved looking at the gallery of other tiltshift postings.
